Program Coordinator

Nina Kretzmer Seed is a Program Coordinator at the Shalom Hartman Institute of North America, where her role focuses on programmatic support for the Washington, DC region as well data support for the Sources Journal and various programmatic and editorial projects.

As a Jim Joseph Fellow, Nina earned two Master’s degrees through the Dual Master’s Program in Jewish Education at New York University. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Talmud and Rabbinics from the Jewish Theological Seminary and a Bachelor’s degree in French Translation and Literature from Barnard College. She has also studied at Yeshivat Hadar as a Summer Fellow.

Nina has taught in various day schools in the New York area and has also served as a research assistant to Rabbi Dr. Neil Gillman z”l, Rabbi Dr. Shai Held, and Rabbi Dr. Yitz Greenberg. She lives in Riverdale, NY with her husband and daughter.
