Generating ideas and research on contemporary issues of central importance to Jewish life around the world.
The bicontinental Kogod Research Center for Contemporary Jewish Thought is our think tank, home to internationally renowned scholars who are committed to applying their scholarship to contemporary issues of central importance to Jewish life in Israel and around the world.
The ideas developed in the Kogod Center reach hundreds of thousands of people in Israel and North America through educators, rabbis, lay leaders, professionals, the Israeli educational system, Israeli leaders, academic-intellectual discourse, and the public sphere.
Our Research Seminars involve collaborative study with the purpose of developing deep thought on issues of import to Jewish life today. Each seminar is organized around a central question and is led by member(s) of the Research Center. Explore our Kogod Center Research Seminars in Israel and North America below.
