Merav Badichi is the principal of the Midrashiya High School for Girls, a position she has held since the establishment of the school in 2008.

Merav is an experienced teacher and educator, having previously served as principal of the Evelina de Rothschild Junior High School. A certified pedagogical instructor, Merav holds a BA in Jewish studies and Hebrew literature and an MA in education.

She also completed courses in bibliotherapy and management at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
