Program Associate

Talia Harris is a Program Associate at Shalom Hartman Institute of North America, where she focuses on supporting the Rabbinic Leadership Programs. Born in Israel and raised in Los Angeles, Talia graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a BA in Political Science with a concentration in international relations and two minors in History and Public Policy.

Her past experience includes the National Organizing Fellow for Israel Policy Forum, a congressional intern for Congresswoman Judy Chu, JusticeCorps intern for the Superior Court of California, San Francisco, virtual intern for the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Near Eastern Affairs, program assistant for the Helen Diller Institute for Jewish Law and Israel Studies at Berkeley Law, and the Director of Administration for the Berkeley Center on Comparative Equality and Anti-Discrimination Law at Berkeley Law.

Talia lives in New York City.
