Tal Zmiri Willner is the Director of North American Programs in Israel at the Shalom Hartman Institute. She is responsible for the smooth development and implementation of all programs for North American groups and delegations visiting the Institute. She manages the flagship Community Leadership Program (CLP), the Rabbinic Torah Study Seminar (RTS), and the iEngage college students program.

Tal has vast experience in the design, development, and delivery of educational programs in both Israel and the US. She spent more than a decade working as English-Speaking Countries Division Director at the Israel Experience Ltd., where her final position was Director of Education for the entire company. She also worked at the IAC (Israeli American Council) as Mishelanu National Program Director in the USA.

Tal was born and raised in Israel, and she holds an MSc. in Public Policy & Management and a BA in International Relations and East Asian Studies, both from Hebrew University in Jerusalem.

She lives in Ein Hemed with her partner and their children.
