Rivi Dror was born in Tel Aviv and grew up in an religious Zionist home. She studied theater at Tel Aviv University and eventually made her way to New York City, where she was exposed to the pluralistic views of the Reform movement and its idea of “Tikkun Olam.” Rivi earned an MA from Brooklyn College. Upon her return to Israel, Rivi earned a Teaching Diploma in Bible Studies and has been teaching and “touching” Israeli-Jewish cultural matters ever since. Rivi aims to reinforce the connections between children and adults to their Jewish heritage and text in a way that is open and renewing.
