Orit Kofman-Perel

Orit Kofman-Perel is a fellow in the fourth cohort of Maskilot. She holds a BA in Literature and History from Bar Ilan University and an MA in Israeli History from Bar Ilan University. She is currently a doctoral student on a President’s Scholarship in the Department of Jewish History and Contemporary Jewry at Bar Ilan. She holds a teaching certificate and a certificate in group facilitation and for many years has been teaching and guiding both youth and adult groups in the fields of literature, history, and Judaism, including at Pelech High School in Jerusalem and in the IDF’s Nativ course forr soldiers who seek to convert to Judaism.
