Yossi Klein Halevi is a senior fellow at the Shalom Hartman Institute in Jerusalem. He is co-host, together with Donniel Hartman, of the Hartman Institute’s podcast, “For Heaven’s Sake” – the number one Jewish podcast in the English-speaking world. Halevi’s 2013 book, “Like Dreamers,” won the Jewish Book Council’s Everett Book of the Year Award. His latest book, “Letters to My Palestinian Neighbor,” is a New York Times bestseller and has appeared in a dozen languages.

Israel, Video, Interfaith, Christian Leadership Initiative

The 2013 International Theology Conference from Feb. 17-21, 2013 attracted theologians from dozens of countries. The four-day program comprised lectures, roundtable discussions and small-group study sessions around the theme of “Forgiveness.”

The International Theology Conference is by invitation only and is reserved for distinguished theologians from universities and centers of religious learning around the world.

The Edward Bronfman Family Foundation Annual Lecture on Religious Pluralism was held during the conference on Feb. 19, 2013. It was titled, “From Crisis to Covenant: Rethinking a Narrative for Israel,” and featured Yossi Klein Halevi and the Rev. Peter A. Pettit , co-director of the Institute’s New Paths: Christians Engaging Israel Project, and was moderated by Dr. Marcie Lenk , also co-director of New Paths.
