Rabbi William Friedman is a faculty member at the Shalom Hartman Institute of North America and is a member of the second cohort of North American David Hartman Center Fellows. William is the Senior Educator of Base Lincoln Park and a doctoral candidate in Ancient Judaism from Harvard University, where his dissertation focuses on legal reasoning in rabbinic law. William received rabbinic ordination from Rabbi Daniel Landes, former director and Rosh Yeshiva of the Pardes
