Youssef Abu Ghosh is a Program Coordinator for Deraya at the Shalom Hartman Institute in Jerusalem. He holds a master’s degree in organizational behavior and development from Reichman University and a degree in human resource management.

Previously he worked as the director of the Ryan Professional Guidance Center in Lod and managed the five-year plan for welfare and community at the Jerusalem municipality.

In recent years, Youssef established a platform for the development of educational programs in East Jerusalem, developed several initiatives for young people and accompanied a variety of social and business organizations in organizational change processes. In addition to his organizational work, Youssef is involved in guiding groups, adventure therapy, and leading therapeutic processes in nature.
