A research fellow at the Shalom Hartman Institute, Yair Eldan has a doctorate from the conflict management program in Bar-Ilan University. His dissertation is a theoretical-critical study,”Distancing and Death in Rabbinic Excommunication.”
He holds an LLB from the Law faculty of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and teaches Law and Literature in the Law Faculty of the College of Management.
