Rivka Rosner Shiloni was a fellow of the third Maskilot cohort. She is a PhD candidate at the Department of Hebrew Literature at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. In addition, she is a faculty member at Hebrew Union College in the Rabbinic Training Program, an editorial board member of the journal Deot, a former reporter for the magazine Eretz Acheret, and a member of the Hapoel Katamon Jerusalem Football Club. Her doctoral dissertation is on the topic of “Social and Moral Questions in Etgar Keret’s Literature,” a study of the combination of ethics and poetics in the Israeli author’s writing on a variety of topics such as army, gender, parenthood, and love.
