Nehama

Verbin

A fellow at the Shalom Hartman Institute, Nehama (Hami) Verbin has a doctorate in philosophy from the University of Cambridge and teaches at Tel Aviv University.

She is a member of the editorial boards of the Canadian journal, Studies in Religion, and the Dutch journal, Ars Disputandi.

Nehama has written numerous articles on the nature of faith and doubt, and on the transition from one to the other. She is currently undertaking research on divine providence and the problem of evil.
