Natalie Dibo is the Manager of Regional Operations at Shalom Hartman Institute of North America. She is a graduate of Goucher College with a B.A. in Spanish and Women, Gender and Sexuality Studies.

Natalie served in a pilot position at Mishkan Chicago as the Rabbinic, Executive and Administrative Assistant, where she helped create programmatic and administrative systems in a time of rapid organizational growth. More recently, she was the Doppelt Director of Engagement at Northwestern Hillel, where she oversaw student outreach strategy, as well as data management and measurement. In this role she implemented relationship-minded practices for her staff team, oversaw Birthright trips and alternative break programming, and led a variety of cohort-based initiatives. She has also served in a leadership role in the Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Chicago Young Adult Division, and is an alum of a Chicago Moishe House.
