Matanel Buzaglo is a Research Fellow in the Kogod Research Center at the Shalom Hartman Institute in Jerusalem and a partner in the Israel of Tomorrow project. 

He is a graduate of Philosophy and Jewish Thought studies at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and is an active voice and writer within the spheres of Jewish-Masorti renewal. He teaches philosophy, Jewish thought, and cultural criticism at Kulna Yeruham and various other frameworks. 

Matanel is married to Hadassa and is the father of two.
