Koby was born and raised in Mitzpe Netofa, a small and lovely village in the Lower Galilee in Israel. He also lived in Savannah, Georgia for 2 years. Nowadays he lives in Elazar, Gush Etzion, right outside Jerusalem, with his wife and two sons.

He has a Bachelor’s in Political Science and Philospohy from Hebrew University, as well as a Master’s in in Political Science with a specialization in Law, Government and Society, again from Hebrew University. He is also an accredited Mediator.
