Dan Bloch is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at the Shalom Hartman Institute. In this role he is responsible for overseeing the IT/Data systems in Israel and in North America as well as planning and implementing the organization’s digital strategy.

Dan is an information systems engineer specializing in software and communications. He received his degree at the Lev Institute in Jerusalem. In addition, he graduated from a Chief Information Officer course from John Bryce in Tel Aviv.

In his previous position, Dan was the Director of Digital and CRM at Shaare Zedek Hospital in Jerusalem, where he led a digital transformation in the organization and was responsible for the implementation of CRM and new technologies.

Dan lives in Jerusalem with his wife Irit and has a son and three daughters, all graduates from the Hartman Midrashiya High School for Girls.
