The Shalom Hartman Institute has opened application for its third iEngage Summer Internship. Talented and involved advanced undergraduate students (and recent graduates) from top universities, are invited to apply for this six-week internship at the Hartman Institute campus in Jerusalem. 

Those chosen for the program will help iEngage scholars in their high-level academic research, which grapple with some of the key questions facing Jews around the world alongside rabbis and lay leaders.

During the summer the interns will become familiar with the Hartman Institute, the iEngage Project, and will become part of a network of committed, educated and gifted young adults who will join a cadre of Hartman educated leaders who serve as change agents in their communities.

1. Serve as research assistants to one of the iEngage Research Fellows. Tasks will include a specific research project or work with the iEngage Research Task Force with a particular research focus. 
2. Participate in a bi-weekly seminar and activities organized by Hartman scholars
3. Have access to selected summer programs at the Shalom Hartman Institute
4. Organize at least one Hartman-related educational program on their campus in the following year.

The first two classes of interns hailed from top academic institutions across the United States, Canada, and Europe. During their time at the Hartman Institute they worked with iEngage Fellows, supporting various projects.
