Last year author and co-director of Hartman’s Muslim Leadership Initiative Yossi Klein Halevi published his New York Times bestselling book, Letters to My Palestinian Neighbor, which seeks to explain Israel and Zionism to Palestinians and others in the Arab world. The book was subsequently translated into Arabic and offered for free download. The result has been surprising openings and opportunities for a new dialogues over competing narratives.
