A challenge to a more unified world Jewry is the perception that Jewish life in Israel and North America reflect radically different Judaisms and "tribal" affiliations." By understanding the diversity of Judaisms in Israel and in North America, we may create a new framework and new possibilities for mutual understanding, interconnection, and partnership.
