How to use the system:
  1. Click the appropriate link above to enter your "room."
  2. If you are a Hartman student, choose “enter with your login and password.” Your login is your email address, and you have been provided with a password.
  3. If you were not given a password, choose “enter as a guest.” Enter your name to get into the room.
  4. Activate the audio settings each time you enter in order to hear and be heard clearly:
    1. On the upper bar go to meeting
    2. Go to manage my settings, then audio set wizard
    3. Click it and follow the instructions
  5. Turn on your camera (Hartman students only; guests cannot turn on the camera):
    1. Go to Camera and Voice pod
    2. On the lower left side click on camera icon. A message will pop up, click on allow.
  6. To Participate:
    1. Use the signal button on the lower left side of the screen to:
      1. Raise your hand
      2. Agree/disagree
      3. To indicate you are stepping away
  • If you want to speak: Press the talk button continuously as long as you wish to speak. The flashing green bar indicates you are being heard. Release the button when you have finished speaking.
  • If you will be speaking for a long time you may press on the padlock icon. (hands-free setting) Please make sure you click on it again to turn it off when you are finished speaking.
  • All classes will be recorded. A link to the recording will be sent to you by email.
